What is Morpheus8?
Morpheus8 is a device which offers both RF technology alongside fractional micro pins. When it is applied to the skin, the micro pins create trauma to the skin and RF heat energy is transported to the deeper layers of the dermis. Morpheus8 is a non-surgical and highly-effective treatment which can offer results that last years. It can treat a variety of skin concerns and uses the very latest in RF technology for clinically-proven outcomes.
Prior to the procedure, a topical anaesthetic will be applied to your skin to ensure you are comfortable throughout the treatment. After around 30 to 45 minutes, your skin should then be numb. When you are fully comfortable, your practitioner will pass the Morpheus8 hand-held device head across your skin, on the areas of concern. At this point you may feel a tingling and heat on the skin which is completely normal. A full treatment (not including the numbing period) takes around 30 minutes.
You will feel a slight tingling and warming of the skin during this treatment. However, as you will have a topical anaesthetic applied beforehand, this is very bearable and should not be painful at all.
