Help to reduce signs of ageing in your skin by following these simple tips from ZO Skin Health

Getting a tan from the sun or a tanning bed exposes you to harmful UV rays.
Excessive exposure to UV light can accelerate ageing skin, which leads to wrinkles, age spots, a blotchy complexion (pigmentation) and even skin cancer.

Stop using products that sting or burn
Unless – of course – they are prescribed by a medically-trained skin specialist like Sara and other members of the team at Pure Perfection Clinic.

Apart from the countless health complications attributed to smoking, it can also greatly speed up the rate that your skin ages.
Smoking can cause premature facial ageing with increased lines and wrinkles as well as a dull, sallow complexion.
