Silhouette Soft Thread lifts have a dual effect, using patented bidirectional cone technology to instantly lift and correct sagging skin, while gradually enhancing the skin by boosting natural collagen production. Thread lifts can be enhanced with other aesthetics treatments including dermal fillers, Morpheus8, and skin resurfacing.
The Procedure
Following a consultation, our aesthetic expert will insert Silhouette softs reabsorb able threads under the surface of your skin to correct the signs of sagging skin by distributing the cones to leave the skin looking fuller and more defined. A standard procedure would use 8 threads, and would usually take 1 hour.
The suspension suture and cone technology provide immediate effects such as cheek and jawline contour definition.
Silhouette Soft provides long-term improvement of the face and neck contours.
Our treatment uses PLLA and PLGA (Poly L Lactic Acid & Poly Lactic-co-Glycolic Acid), which is utilised safely in medicine for decades.
Nothing major. In some cases, patients can experience minor pain, swelling, and/or bruising. We will discuss everything about the treatment in our pre-consultation appointment.
The recovery period varies depending on the individual and can be anywhere between a few days and up to two weeks.
