What are vascular treatments?
Vascular issues can be a common skin concern, affecting up to half of the population aged 18 years and over. Spider veins, telangiectasias, and redness can be consequences of sun damage, ageing, and pregnancy.
Our skilled doctors successfully treat shallow and deep vascular sores on the face and body. Our aim is to provide minimally painful, quick, and effective treatment to target undesirable blue, red, and purple veins.
You will see changes throughout the week. We recommend you try to keep your skin cool for two to three weeks after the treatment, especially on facial areas.
In most cases, the treatment is permanent, although new vein “starbursts” potentially may develop later.
There may be minimal pain, and we can offer medication. Please do not shave the area or expose the area to UV light for 8 weeks untill fully healed.
